How much does it cost to get going?

Getting started cost depends on your plan and implementation needs. Onboarding support starts at £295 per half day, and Business includes the first day of onboarding free.

Can licenses be shared between team members?

No. Licenses are assigned to individual users and cannot be shared. Each user account has 2FA enabled to help meet security requirements and protect access.

Do you offer a free trial?

We provide a completely separate test mode account that you can use alongside your live account for testing the system and trialling out features in a safe environment.

What's a read-only user?

You can add as many read-only users as you like for free. These users can access most of the operational parts of the system (i.e. not things like settings) as well as view the standard reports.

How much does payment processing cost?

We use Stripe to securely process all payments. Stripe charges a standard processing fee of 1.5% + 20p per successful card transaction. This fee applies to most credit and debit card payments. Stripe also supports alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers, which may have different processing fees. These options are seamlessly integrated and help provide flexibility for users while maintaining the same level of security and compliance.
